Andy

 After several years of amateur and professional sports, having a family of my own, and working in the corporate world (15+ years), I wanted to get back to a quality of life I enjoyed when I was younger.


I did not like what I saw in the mirror. I did not like the way my clothes were getting larger. I had convinced myself that I was happy while eating 'comfort food' and ignored repeated reminders to better my health. One day I decided to make a change. That day I decided that I was going to be the role model for my daughter - someone she could be proud of.


That decision meant more energy,  a leaner frame and a different outlook on life. I made the decision to change my life and understand what it takes for a maturing adult to attain results while remaining safe and functional. It was not easy. I learned many lessons along the way. Since then my journey has led me to help people like yourself, to make that change and help to create the vision that you want.

This is not a job for me, it’s a passion, and one that I am looking to share with clients everywhere.

  • Certificate 3 & 4 in Personal Training and Fitness - Master Trainer Level – AIF
  • Boxing level 1 & 2 (Fighting Fit 4 Life)
  • Suspension Training (Adv–CrankIT)
  • Kettlebell Essentials level 1
  • First Aid Level 2 & CPR

 Health and Fitness have always been a passion of mine. Inspiring you to be, feel and look healthy is my goal and I look forward to the future where I can pass on my knowledge and motivate you to change your lifestyle for the better. 


As a mother of three children, I understand that being and looking after you can be quite a challenge at times. Our priorities focus on our families and we can start to neglect ourselves. Our health should be a priority, without it how can we be there for our families at 100%. 


It became a mission for me to look after myself so that i could always be there for my family; physically, mentally and emotionally. It then turned into a passion to help others realise that they can do it too. 


Working from home, in a great studio gym I'm showing people just like you how to be the healthiest and best versions of themselves. They find their physical strength and with that they find their mental strength. I look forward to the future where I can pass on my knowledge and motivate you to change your lifestyle for the better.
